Account Deletion Request

This page explains how to request deletion of your MangoX account and related personal data. You can use this page even if you no longer have the MangoX app installed.

1. About MangoX

MangoX is a location-based online service for adults. It allows users to check in at participating venues, view venue-based participation and ranking information, and use in-app participation and interaction features.

2. How to request deletion

To request deletion of your MangoX account and related personal data, send an email to support@mangox.app with enough information for us to identify your account.

Helpful details to include:

• Your LINE user ID, if known.
• Your MangoX nickname, if known.
• Approximate venue, session, or last check-in date, if helpful.
• An email address or contact method for follow-up.

Please do not include passwords, access tokens, or any sensitive authentication secrets.

5. What happens next

• MangoX support may review your request and verify the account.
• MangoX will process the request within a reasonable period.
• If additional identity or account verification is needed, support may contact you using the contact information you provide.

6. Data deletion scope

When we process a deletion request:

• Account and profile data may be deleted or anonymized.
• Your profile photo may be deleted.
• Personal identifiers in session, interaction, and ranking data may be deleted or anonymized where feasible.
• Some records may be retained where required for safety, fraud prevention, abuse handling, dispute handling, legal obligations, or service integrity.

7. Important limitations

This page is a request channel, not an automated deletion system. We do not claim:

• Instant or automatic deletion upon submitting the request.
• That every log or record is always deleted in every case.
• That this page performs legal identity verification.
• That full in-app self-service deletion is currently available.
• That backend deletion is already automated.

8. In-app path (if you still have the app)

If you still have MangoX installed, you can also start the request from inside the app. There are two entry points:

Method 1. Tap the account icon at the top right of the screen, then select “Delete account”.

Method 2. Open the My tab, go to the account section, and tap the “Delete account” link at the bottom of that section.

After you confirm, the request is submitted to MangoX from within the app. Once the request has been accepted, further use of the account may be restricted while deletion processing is carried out, and you will be signed out on that device.

If the request cannot be submitted from the app, the app will offer the email method described above instead.
